How much is a roof repair?
Single tile repairs start at £150 + VAT. Most of our repair jobs land around £600 + VAT - things like a section of slipped tiles, a re-bedded ridge or new lead flashing. Bigger or higher-access work costs more, and you'll always get a fixed written price before we start.
Is the survey really free?
Yes. On-site or by drone, with no obligation and no pressure. If we think the honest answer is a replacement rather than a repair, we'll tell you that too.
How quickly can you come out?
For emergencies and active leaks we aim to respond within 24 hours, and we'll sheet the roof up temporarily if we can't complete the fix the same day. Non-urgent repairs are usually booked in within a week or so.
